The Fall: A New Musical

The Fall is a new musical written and composed by Charlie LaBerge, a good friend of Cindy's. The Fall is one part folk musical, one part contemporary play. Act 1 is a retelling of Cain & Abel as a folk musical. Act 2 is a contemporary play that follows the story of Cole and Alex. Both stories examine life through the avenue of logical questions, desperately looking for something solid to stand on. They find themselves and the world unreliable, and are looking for something beyond. Throughout, both pairs of brothers find that every question doesn't need one answer, and that usually, multiple answers are pointing to a truth that is both logical and emotional. A trust that requires not just a leap, but a walk of faith.
