Cindy Hansen is a singer, dancer, actor, choreographer, and musician born and raised in the great state of Minnesota. Growing up in the Twin Cities, Cindy was fortunate to collaborate and work with theatre companies all around the metro area. Cindy took her passion for theatre up to the North Shore, where she is a recent graduate from at the University of Minnesota-Duluth earning a BFA in Musical Theatre with an Applied Dance minor. Go Bulldogs!

 

Recent credits include The 25th Annual...Spelling Bee (Olive), Natasha, Pierre, and The Great Comet of 1812 (Sonya/Violin), Cinderella (Ella u/s, Ensemble), The Ice Fishing Play (Irene), and 9 to 5. Cindy also originated the role of Etta Cone in A Collectible Sensation, a new musical. She is also a choreographer and teaching artist with experience working with performers of all ages. ​

This fall, Cindy had the opportunity to work for Walt Disney World on Magic Kingdom's Guest Flow team. Working alongside the Entertainment department, Cindy was on crew for some of Disney's most iconic entertainment offerings including Mickey's Once Upon A Christmas Time Parade, the Boo-To-You Halloween Parade, and their brand new night parade Starlight: Dream The Night Away.

After her endeavors with Disney, Cindy returned to Minneapolis, and is currently teacher with the Spark School of Music & Dance, where she teaches guitar and violin. She loves her dogs, and she's probably listening to One Direction right now.
